Five decades of experience in portuary operations
Due to its location, our company presents special advantages, the Port of Constanța being the largest seaport in the Black Sea and one of the most important ports of the European Community, included in the Pan-European Corridor IV. Constanța Port represents the main commercial access route between the countries of Central Asia and the European Community, but also the main transit port and storage and distribution center between the countries bordering the Black Sea and the Middle East.
The terminal for liquid products was set up in the port of Constanta, according to a German project, in order to create the technical basis for the export of vegetable oils through the port of Constanta.
Establishment and commissioning of “Frigoriferul Portuar Constanta” Company, with all operations taking place in Berth 53
The liquid products section has officially started its activity. FRIAL ensures a large part of Romania’s foreign trade in crude vegetable oils
Modernization of the terminal to ensure alignment with veterinary sanitary conditions specific to import/export operations
The state enterprise becomes a joint-stock company.

Orientation of the activity towards the handling and storage of other types of goods such as grain, scrap, cellulose, scrap iron, liquid urea, FAME, vegetable oil.
FRIAL SA becomes a member of CCIFER (French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Romania)
During 2022, the tanks at Berth 19 were modernized.
